How to clean the air filter on a power tiller

Air filter how to clean

To clean the filter, use a special proprietary oil impregnation produced by KN and JR. Remove the filter from the car body and use a brush to remove dust and dirt, taking care that the rubber elements of the filter remain intact and undamaged.

Put the filter cleaner in an atomizer and carefully distribute it on the surfaces of the filter elements. After ten minutes, the compound will soak into the surface. Do not attempt to clean the filter with compressed air, gasoline or other solvents as this may result in complete failure.

If the filter is large, clean it by immersing it in a properly sized container which has previously been filled with the cleaning solution. The entire filter should be immersed in the liquid. Rotate it to allow the cleaning solution to penetrate all parts of the filter and then remove it from the container and leave it to dry for ten minutes on a flat, hard surface.

A flat filter can be cleaned in a similar way. it should be placed in a bowl with a cleaning solution, and then removed from it and left for a while on a flat surface until the solution is absorbed into its surface.

After ten minutes of drying, gently rinse the filter in clean water, rinse it out, and drain off any excess water. Allow the filter to dry at room temperature.

Now reapply the oil impregnation to the filter element with an aerosol or by hand. Make sure that the filter element takes on a reddish hue with no white fragments. Wait until the impregnation dries and install the filter back into the car body.

The balloon is a toy, which is an indispensable attribute of any celebration. The first rubber balls were created in the 19th century as a tool for experiments with hydrogen. It was first used as a toy in 1847. Modern ball production is a complex technological process requiring special high-precision equipment.

The material for manufacturing balloons is liquid rubber (latex). The color of the balloon is set with a special dye added to the latex. The paint consists of organic and inorganic compounds. Latex is obtained from the sap of the rubber trees, mainly growing in Malaysia. The material looks like a cloudy juice or milk.

The balls are made in special equipment. smokestacks, catalysts. Petroleum products, color additives and water are used in the manufacturing process. Dye is added to the latex, after which it is placed in a special container.

To give the balls the shape a special construction is used which repeats the outlines of the future ball. It is previously immersed in a coagulant that allows the rubber to hold the mold. The coagulant is calcium nitrate, water or alcohol. The mold is dipped in latex and passed through rotating brushes that deliver the future balls to a conveyor belt. The molds are washed in hot water to remove loose nitrates, and placed in an oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of approximately 90o C, after which the rubber ball is removed. Each of the blanks must have the same wall thickness and special blow holes. The balls then undergo surface tension procedures and are treated with a special antiseptic chalk. After that, they are run through cleaning filters and do all sorts of strength tests. After that the ball can be considered ready.

The quality of the ball depends on the quality of the latex: how well it is polished, heated and treated. Depending on the quality of the equipment used and the accuracy of adjustment of the manufacturing process, the quality of the finished balloon will also vary.

The problem with many cars is that the carburetor is dirty. The reason is that nowadays gasoline is supplied in bad quality and contamination simply can’t be avoided. Cleaning the carburetor is not easy. You can go to a car service or you can do it yourself.

The first thing to do is to remove the carburetor from the car engine. The carburetor is located under the air filter. The filter cover is held with 4 bolts. The carburetor itself is fastened with 4 bolts. It is more convenient to unscrew them with a ring spanner. Fuel hoses and throttle cable should be disconnected from the carburetor. When the carburetor is removed, you need to unscrew the 5 screws that are on top. After unscrewing the bolts it can be divided into two parts. Then take out the solenoid valve from the carburetor and remove the fuel nozzle from the body. Take a thin screwdriver or wire in your hand and push out the float shaft. Remove the axle and floats. be careful not to bend the floats.

Remove carburetor cap. You will see the gasket. If it is badly damaged, you need to replace it. Unscrew the fuel valve and loosen the four screws that hold the starter cap. After that, you need to remove the starter cover and the diaphragm on it. Unscrew fuel filter plug. The fuel filter plug should come out easily. The filter is located there.

After the carburetor is disassembled you can start cleaning it. For this you need a special carburetor cleaner. It is sold in almost all auto parts stores. Pour the liquid into a small saucepan. It should fully fit the carburetor. Put it in there for 24 hours. After a day we take out the carburetor. You will see that the fluid has turned dark. Take a small piece of cloth and soak it in gasoline. Use this cloth to wipe the carburetor. Wipe both chambers well. Let it dry. Now you can safely reassemble. Reassemble in reverse order.

Malfunction of the carburetor

If all the actions described above have not been successful, perhaps the reason for the failure of the chainsaw lies in the failure of the carburetor.

Subject: single axle tractor Neva MB 2 improvement, operation

Hi all!Last year I bought a single-axle tractor Neva with an engine Subaru EX 17. Did snow plowing in the winter, and in the spring did all the farm work from cultivation and harrowing to potato harvesting, and hauling loads was. Made all the attachments myself. Made some improvements. I’d like to share my experience, how else to improve single axle tractor.

Re: single axle tractor Neva MB 2 improvement, operation

Made special additional flanges on the wheels, for attaching additional weight. Otherwise, the single axle tractor wouldn’t go over a plowed area that had a slight rise. Made larger diameter metal wheels for late bedding, and stem lifters to avoid damaging the haulm when bedding. Well, and added brakes on the trailer.

These are metal 10mm bars attached to the frame of the motoblock, and curved around the wheels forward. Allow for later mowing, which is often necessary for weed control. The large potato haulm is pushed away as it moves. All this on higher wheels, of course.

And for raking the furrows with planted potatoes, do you use a disc plow?

No. By the way, this is also an additional device for burying rows of stacked potatoes: just two plates rigidly mounted at an angle (taper) to the direction of travel. Although for easier work not just put hard plates at an angle, but also at an angle two metal wheels can be attached.

Re: single axle tractor Neva MB 2 improvement, operation

By the way, another small improvement: it is useful to lengthen the gear lever. Much better, more convenient for farming and transportation. But the engine starts worse, if before the first time started in the winter and summer, but now does not start immediately, after several jerks. Any advice, maybe something needs to be adjusted??

Re: single axle tractor Neva MB 2 improvement, operation

Clean the carburetor sump, change the gasoline in the tank. The candle needs to be cleaned and calcined, check the clearance. It wouldn’t hurt to clean the air filter either.

Air Filter Engine Single Axle Tractor Motor Sich photo video.

Engine air filter replacement Motor Sich photo video.

What engine air filter Motor Sich photo video.

Why are air filters installed on internal combustion engines, what air filters are better, where to buy the engine air filter, all these questions, I omit, as I think that all the owners of power tillers a priori like this should know and understand.

So immediately pass directly to the engine air filter single axle tractor Motor Sich.

The air filter is installed in front of the carburetor in the air filter housing, the air filter housing is attached to the gas tank post.

On engines D-250 and MS-10P, the engine air filter TM LAAZ is installed. г. Livny, T450D-1109560-01 (also this air filter is installed on diesel engine TMZ-450D)

Air filter housing is slightly different depending on what engine it is installed, the figure shows the air filter housing MS-10P engine, the engine D-250, the air filter housing has no: air intake connector B and crankcase ventilation tube C (although initially, when using a carburetor K-45, crankcase ventilation tube was exactly there in the air filter housing)

The air filter is serviced after the first 25 moto/hour and already at 100 moto/hour it is recommended to change the air filter, but in real operation, everything depends on operation conditions, sometimes it is necessary to clean and blow the engine air filter every day, because at some field work there is a very big dustiness. Of course you can change the air filter a little earlier or a little later.

In other words, every owner of an engine block, decides for himself when and how many moto/hr to clean, purge and change the air filter.

I would also like to add that the air filter has a cover and can be washed in water with 20-30 g/1 l of washing powder and water temperature 30-50 C.

To be honest, I have never washed the so called filter cover on any air filters, but I always try to blow out the air filters with compressed air as it gets dirty.

Also I want to say that normally become air filters from scooters and motorcycles, in particular the air filter from a motorcycle Minsk (it is the same as the air filter scooter Muravy) air filter 3.1121-11600

The only thing you need to drill a hole in the center and put a sealing rubber on one side, because the air filter from a motorcycle Minsk, on one side is closed with a metal cover.

The video shows well how to remove the air filter and how it can and should be blown out with compressed air.
