Huter single axle tractor cutter assembly for power tiller
.Preparing and installing the cutters.
The cutter set for a single axle tractor is: 16, 24 or 32 cutting inserts. Which set to choose depends entirely on the type of soil on the plot and the size of the area to be cultivated. If you have a small area to cultivate, it is not recommended to use more than 16 cutting inserts. A set with 8 blades on one side and 8 on the other is considered optimal. If you decide to use sets of 24 or 32 plates for small plots, it will significantly increase the load on the engine of your power tiller, and, as a result, it will greatly tire the operator.
The stage of preparation of cutters consists in the proper assembly of the sets of cutting plates. You must be absolutely sure that the cutting part is facing the same direction.
On no account should the cutting parts of the cutter be sharpened. If you sharpen them, the roots of the weeds won’t rise to the surface of the cultivated soil. The root system will simply be cut with a sharpened mill and remain in the ground. After a while the weeds will grow again in the same place, and the cultivation will be absolutely meaningless.
It’s worth mentioning that sharpened power tillers increase the load on the engine of the power tiller quite a lot.
Also sharpening of the burrs has a negative effect on the specified depth of cultivation of the plot. If you sharpen the cutters, the single axle tractor will occasionally dig into the ground when moving forward. This happens because the sharpened tillers do not grip the ground, but cut. This causes them to dig heavily into the ground to a depth of more than 30 centimetres.
So you have finished assembling the router set. Now you can move on to the next stage of preparation of the power tiller. installation of the cutters on it. You must be careful to ensure that the direction of the cutting part of the plates is placed in the forward direction of the power tiller. It is very important not to mix up the left-hand and right-hand cutters and put them in their places.
How to assemble a tiller for a power tiller
A single-axle tractor is a popular tool on the farm today. Assembling the tiller for the power tiller is an important moment in preparing to till the ground. The most common cutters are sabre-like blades (photo ), and devices called goose-feet (photo ). These attachments are easy to assemble on your power tiller. They do most of the work on the plot. They only need to be replaced very infrequently. This significantly reduces the time spent on maintenance of the power tiller.
How to assemble power tillers for a tiller
Engine blocks and power tillers of the company Aurora, and in principle, as in many other manufacturers, are supplied with cutters in a disassembled form. Assembly is often a bit of a challenge for owners of new machines. In this article, we describe how to assemble the working cutters from the parts of this Qtyotkonstruktor Qtyot. For Aurora equipment, depending on the model, cutters are available on axes, two sizes. Diameter of the axle, for light equipment is 23 mm, and for heavy equipment is 32 mm.
Cutters for light power tillers and cultivators are easy to assemble. To do this, you must install the blades in special mounting sockets and screw them. Pay attention to the direction of the cutting edge of the blade. It must face the direction of travel of the power tiller. In addition, each blade is marked. If “quotRquot” is written, it means it is turned to the right side, respectively quotLquot to the left side.
Each subsequent section is locked to the previous one by a pin and secured by a stud. Cut-off saw blade must be secured with a bolt. Depending on the power of the equipment, the number of cutters will be different. Their number can be 24, 32 or 40.
the number of blades may also vary and could be three or four per section. This is determined by the number of fixing blades on the axle. If the cutter axis is straight, without offset to each other, the number of blades will be three. For offset models. four.
Power tiller engine piston install/how to piston install.
The four-blade cutters are assembled in sequence, one left, one right. It is easier to assemble the cutters if you first divide the left and right blades into two parts, for the left and right cutters.
Three blades are assembled differently. Fit the first blade on the axle and fix it with a bolt. Later on, this bolt has to be removed in order to fix another blade. If the first one was mounted on the outside of the plate, the remaining two must be mounted on the inside of the mounting plate. For three-blade harrows, the quotLquot and quotRquot markings are set separately for each side.
Single axle tractor Huter GMS-7.5: technical specifications
Hüter power tillers and power tillers have been available since 2011. They belong to the lightweight class of similar compact agricultural equipment, and its low-cost segment. Huter GMS-7.It is possible to call the 5 model a flagship model of the company: it is the most powerful out of all Huter power tillers and power tillers. How did this technique behave on the domestic market, we will learn from the reviews of the owners of power tillers GMS-7.5.
Huter is a German brand, the production of which takes place in China. This helps to make the company’s products cheaper and more accessible to a wide range of customers.
Besides power tillers and cultivators, Huter also produces generators, chainsaws, gardening tools, lawn mowers, etc.
The company started to deal with scooters recently, since 2011. In Russia, however, products came a little later, also because of the inability to find replacement parts for the original parts.
A single-axle tractor is a small self-propelled machine (mini-tractor) that can perform small agricultural tasks, in particular the cultivation of large areas of land.
German device Huter for tillage is not difficult to start from the first time, for this it is necessary to
- open the fuel tap and close the air vent;
- turn on the ignition, put the gear lever in neutral position;
- turn the throttle lever as little as possible;
- pull the starter knob to resistance, return it to its original position and then pull sharply.
- warm up the starting motor for about two minutes, gently opening the choke.
As for the maintenance of a power tiller, the product only requires checking the oil level, fuel, and adjusting the cutters and coulter.
As fuel use 92 gasoline, and as engine oil is recommended to use brand 10W40.
Cutter bar elements for power tillers
Cutter elements are necessary for soil cultivation. The quality of cultivation depends directly on the model of equipment and the complexity of the procedure.
The tiller comes with the power tiller. But in cases where it is necessary to increase the width and depth of cultivation, the unit must be equipped with the appropriate elements. In addition, the use of additional equipment makes it easier to move the power tiller forward, as well as increase its service life.
Specialists recommend using two pairs of rotary cultivators for cultivating clayey soil. You can change the depth by adjusting the opener, which is a sturdy construction built into the linkage of the power tiller in an upright position. The final loosening depth will directly depend on the diameter of the tiller.
To better understand the principle of operation of special equipment, to begin with it is worth to understand the main types of cutters, among which it is possible to distinguish two types of construction:
Sabre-shaped power tillers are currently the most popular choice. they are a universal design type with a high level of efficiency. This model has an optimum shape. Feet, as a rule, are made of qualitative strong steel. In addition, the material is additionally thermally hardened and subjected to high-frequency current treatment.
The so-called ‘goosefoot design’ is generally used for hard soils. This type of mechanism is indestructible. This type of products shows their effectiveness in weed control and in cultivation of virgin land. their main disadvantage is the material from which the equipment is made. Carbon steel has the most direct influence on the strength of the product, so you should work the soil with the goosefoot cutter as carefully as possible. Otherwise, the mechanism can become deformed.
Huter power tillers. Overview of model range, characteristics, attachments, usage and exploitation

- The hitch lets you attach any attachment to the power tiller.
- The traction lever is used on those models of power tillers with a low weight for effective sinking into the ground.
The power tiller and engine run-in
Many owners of farms, cottages and countryside plots know that without good tillage it’s almost impossible to get a good harvest. The use of the power tiller or power tiller makes such difficult and routine land works as plowing, hoeing, planting and harvesting potatoes, making hay and weeding easier. Gardening equipment will not only help to do the land work, but is quite capable of handling the tasks of territory maintenance, transportation of crops, snow removal in the winter time.
We know that any equipment, including our single-axle tractor, requires careful maintenance and careful operation. For residents of Ukraine a single axle tractor is an expensive purchase, so do not immediately start working with him at maximum capacity. This can entail not only the failure of individual nodes, but also significantly reduce the service life of the entire unit.
The first and most important process before starting your machine is running the engine and the power tillage. This will help to extend the life of the equipment, check the performance of the entire system and reduce the number of high load failures. We recommend that you carefully read the instruction manual for your model. Read in our article how to properly run-in the single-axle tractor and engine.

Step by step instruction. Adjusting a power tiller
Plowing the land. one of the most important jobs in the fall and spring seasons. This work must be done to prepare the soil for planting or sowing a variety of crops. Performs plowing the plow for the motoblock, which is very important to adjust.
How to adjust the plough correctly to ensure that the land is ploughed correctly, evenly, accurately and quickly. You’ll find the answer to this question in our article.
Preparing your power tiller for ploughing
Ploughing begins with preparing your walking tractor. Let’s understand in detail how to do it.
The single-axle tractor needs to be unpacked before plowing. It can be transported to the site of operation without trailers and other attachments. Most often the delivery of equipment to the place of destination is carried out with the help of a car. If the area you are going to plow is close to your home, you should assemble your power tiller on a level surface in any place that is convenient for you.
Step one. Removing the transport wheels
How to Assemble Power Tiller || Modal WM1000N
So you’ve got your single-axle tractor to the area you’re going to plow. The first thing to do is to remove the transport wheels to replace them with special grousers. To make this part of the job easier you can put a stand under the trailing block. You need the grousers to grip the soil more thoroughly. They are just an essential tool for plowing, planting potatoes, carrots, beets.
The second stage in preparing your power tiller before ploughing involves replacing the wheel hubs with the wheel hubs on which you previously mounted the transport wheels. This is to increase the distance between the skimmers a bit. This solution will significantly increase the stability of the tractor while working.
You have already fitted the extended wheel hubs? Now it’s time to install the skimmers. It is very important that these elements are properly installed. This factor is checked by checking the direction of the tread pattern. A narrowing of the tread pattern means we are moving forward.
You can now remove the stand and adjust the plough. To assemble the plough, you put the hitch on the plough. This hitch and plough must be assembled in order to mount it to the single-axle tractor in the future.
At this point you should have all the equipment you need for the job ready, namely the plow, hitch and wrenches.
To adjust the desired plowing depth, match the hub hole of the hitch to the middle hole of the plow stand. These elements are then bolted together using the attachment bolt.
The attachment bolt is inserted into the top bore of the plough leg and secured with a nut. It is extremely important not to overtighten all the nuts at the attachment points of the plough and hitch, as you will still have to loosen them later during the plough adjustment phase. Now, after installing the hitch to the plow, you can go to the next step.
Step four. Mounting the plough to a single axle tractor
After completing all of the previous steps, the plow can be mounted onto the single-axle tractor. This is done as follows: the plow is aggregated on one or two pins (it depends on the model of motor-block), and then the pins are securely fixed with cotter pins.
In order to make it much more convenient for you to adjust the plow, it is recommended that you mount the single axle tractor on the stands. This could be two pieces of wood, 150mm by 150mm in cross section. This is the size that will help you adjust the optimal plowing depth, which should be in the range of 15 to 18 centimeters.
For easier adjustment, the plow should also be placed on a small elevation, such as plywood or a board. This solution will allow you to set the slope from the heel of the plow to its nose much more accurately. The angle of this tilt is adjusted with a special bolt on the hitch, which is very convenient. And it happens this way:
1) Turn the adjustment bolt clockwise to slightly raise the heel of the plough to increase the ploughing depth.
2) Turn the adjustment bolt counterclockwise to slightly lower the plough’s heel and thereby reduce the ploughing depth.
The distance between the soil and the plough should always be three to five centimetres. Otherwise the plough will simply dig into the soil. If the angle of the plough is wrong, ploughing will not be as good as it should be. In this case, the load on the engine and the operator’s hands will be much heavier. After adjustment, tighten plough and drawbar.
To measure the distance between the gearbox and the control surface (i.e. plywood or a board), you need to use a tape measure (or other measuring tool). The normal clearance is 15 to 20 centimetres. It is important to observe this condition.
Before plowing you need to do some test plowing and check the quality of the plow adjustment. To use it:
Check the furrow depth and the blade quality.
Check the smooth running of the power tiller and the load on the operator’s hands.
If you are satisfied with all of the above points. you can start ploughing. But if something is not quite right. The plough must be readjusted.
Check ploughing in the field as follows.
Set up the single-axle tractor on the edge of the area to be cultivated.
Engage first gear and gently press down the clutch lever. It’s important to keep the tiller’s handlebar parallel to the ground to prevent the single axle tractor from sinking into the soil and being lifted out of the field. The operator when plowing does not need to press on the steering wheel and push the single axle tractor too hard, because this agricultural machine itself will perfectly cope with its work without additional efforts.
After the first furrow it is absolutely necessary to check the ploughing depth. Use a tape measure or a regular ruler. If the figure is the same as the one you had in mind, it means you can get back to work.
Proper plow adjustment. That’s the key to high-quality plowing. After work, it is imperative to clean the plow of dust and dirt, remove it from the power harvester and put it away until the next use.
Important! If you’re working in the heat of the day, make sure you pause to let the engine cool down.
Assembly of a Stenley 1030 power tiller
The single-axle tractor Stenli 1030 is one of the most popular in the range of this German manufacturer of agricultural machinery. Farmers and dacha owners appreciate its high quality, reliability, and versatility. This model is easy to operate and maintain. The ability to mount a variety of attachments and optional equipment allows the motor-block Shtenli 1030 to replace several separate mechanisms for different purposes.
Most power tillers are supplied unassembled. Therefore, new owners need to know how their assembly and first start-up is carried out. Proper organization of these activities and compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations will avoid frequent breakdowns and extend the life of the equipment.
Agricultural machine (single axle tractor) Huter MK-9500 (MK-6700)
Single-axle tractor (agricultural machine) Huter MK-9500 (MK-6700) is used for tillage, ie loosening the soil without turning it, leveling and other operations. The unit achieves good results in homesteads, farms and outdoors, on limited land, row-spacing, in flowerbeds and around trees. The structure of a power tiller. Engine. Huter motocultivators use gasoline internal combustion engines. Cultivator engines have automatic speed controllers to ease operator’s work. The nominal power range of our range of cultivators allows you to choose the right one for any type of work Clutch and gearbox ensure the transfer of torque from the engine to the working shaft Aggregation system is designed to mate the rotary cultivator with the attached equipment, which is installed on the working axle or frame Control system. Power. Determines mowing performance Since the operator walks behind the machine during the digging operation, all controls have to be operated by the operator’s hands only.
Technical Specifications. Power. determines the cultivator’s output. The more powerful the engine installed on the cultivator, the harder the soil and greater depth it can cultivate Speeds. allows you to select the appropriate range for better tillage, and also facilitates the removal of the unit from the ground after finishing work through the rear transmission Working width. depends on the installed blades, can reach up to 85 cm with standard blades and up to 120 cm with additional. The bigger the working width the more effective the cultivator’s work. But sometimes it is necessary to plow narrow strips of land, for which the blades have a compound device, t.е. it is possible to cultivate strips with the width of 30 and 50 cm cultivation depth depends on the engine power and the installed blades. The greater the working depth, the better and more effectively the soil will be ploughed The fuel tank capacity. determines the time of continuous operation of the cultivator without refueling.
